Our annual Community Wellness Day is here! Enjoy a full day of free services, workshops, and experiences offered with love to our community. This day is our way of giving back, creating access to integrative, holistic care for those who may not otherwise be able to receive it.

Whether you are curious to try something new, hoping to deepen your self-care practice, or simply wanting a supportive space to slow down, this day is for you. You are welcome to sign up for as many workshops and services as you would like.

Please note: Space is limited. We kindly ask that you only register for offerings you genuinely intend to participate in so these spots can remain available to those who need them most.

Event Schedule and Offerings

8 AM - 9 AM: Mindfulness Walk on the Ma & Pa Trail

with Kate Eckstine, LCPC

Begin the day grounded and present with a guided mindfulness walk in nature. This gentle experiences invites intentional awareness, guided breathwork, and connection with the natural world.

9:30 AM - 10 AM: Bringing Mindfulness to the Mundane

with Charles R. Fisher

Learn practical ways to bring mindfulness into everyday routines, turning ordinary moments into opportunities for regulation, presence, and ease.

10 AM - 11 AM: Mini Reiki Sessions (15 minutes each)

with Marilyn Roman

Experience gentle energy work designed to support relaxation, balance, and nervous system regulation.

10:15 AM - 11:15 AM: Listening to the Body: A Somatic Reset

with Kate Eckstine, LCPC

This experiential workshop explores somatic practices that help you tune into your body’s signals, release stored tension, and build greater awareness of how emotions live in the body.

11:30 AM - 12:30 PM — Parts & Patterns: An Introduction to Internal Family Systems (IFS)

with Megan Miller, LGPC

Discover the basics of IFS and learn how understanding your inner “parts” can support self-compassion, emotional clarity, and healing.

12 PM - 2 PM: Values in Action: ACT Mini Value Assessments (20 minutes each)

These brief, one-on-one Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)-informed value assessments help you clarify what matters most to you and explore how to take meaningful, values-aligned steps in your daily life.

12:45 PM - 1:45 PM: From Survival to Safety: Understanding Trauma & the Nervous System

with Joseph Mauler, LCPC, NCC

An accessible, educational workshop focused on how trauma impacts the nervous system, and how awareness, safety, and regulation can support healing.

2 PM - 3 PM: Emotional Resilience for Sensitive & Neurodivergent Brains

with Charles R. Fisher

Explore strengths-based tools and emotional skills for highly sensitive and neurodivergent individuals to reduce overwhelm and build resilience.

2 PM - 3 PM: Mini Reiki Sessions (15 minutes each)

with Marilyn Roman
