Our annual Community Wellness Day is here! Enjoy a full day of free services, workshops, and experiences offered with love to our community. This day is our way of giving back, creating access to integrative, holistic care for those who may not otherwise be able to receive it.
Whether you are curious to try something new, hoping to deepen your self-care practice, or simply wanting a supportive space to slow down, this day is for you. You are welcome to sign up for as many workshops and services as you would like.
Please note: Space is limited. We kindly ask that you only register for offerings you genuinely intend to participate in so these spots can remain available to those who need them most.

7 AM - 7:45 AM: Yoga Nidra (Guided Meditation)

Begin your day in deep rest and restoration with a guided Yoga Nidra practice, often called “yogic sleep.” This gentle, fully supported experience invites your body to relax, your mind to soften and your nervous system to reset. It’s the perfect way to start Community Wellness Day grounded, calm and replenished.
8 AM - 9 AM: Mindfulness Walk on the Ma & Pa Trail
with Kate Eckstine, LCPC
Begin the day grounded and present with a guided mindfulness walk in nature. This gentle experiences invites intentional awareness, guided breathwork and connection with the natural world.
9:30 AM - 10 AM: Bringing Mindfulness to the Mundane
with Charles R. Fisher

2 PM - 3 PM: Emotional Resilience for Sensitive & Neurodivergent Brains

Explore strengths-based tools and emotional skills for highly sensitive and neurodivergent individuals to reduce overwhelm and build resilience.

An interactive workshop led by Dr. Jen Kordonski of Optimal Spine Chiropractic exploring how physical posture, emotional stress, and energetic balance intersect, offering practical tools to help you feel more aligned, centered and at ease in your body.

Peridot Peyton is offering tarot readings onsite from 10-2 PM! No reservations necessary - just walk up and experience a clarifying, insightful reading by Peyton! A bracelet bar will also be available.
Craft with Kate! Our therapist, Kate Eckstine, will be creating a mindful space for knitting, crocheting, or your quiet craft of choice from 2-4 PM! No reservations necessary. Just bring your project of choice and join us!
Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers will have an informational table available from 10 AM - 2 PM, sharing resources about innovative mental health treatments including SPRAVATO® (esketamine) nasal spray and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy.
Shop til you drop at our Community Wellness Day Thrift Corner Pop-Up, open from 8 AM - 4:30 PM. This cozy pop-up shop is another way we’re supporting our community, our environment, and our shared wellness. Browse a thoughtfully curated selection of gently loved items and give something a second life while discovering a new treasure for yourself.
