He holds two certifications from Udemy, including ADHD Coaches — Executive Functions for ADHD Professionals (PAAC approved). With 15 years of experience working with families in religious and secular environments, Charles helps clients struggling with ADHD and executive function disorders develop essential skills like task initiation, emotional regulation, and stress management. Using a skills-based approach, he empowers individuals to create sustainable systems and routines that fit their unique lifestyles, reducing overwhelm and fostering balance. Charles also holds a Bachelor’s degree from Lincoln Christian University and educational certifications for Infants and Toddlers, Preschoolers, and Early Elementary. His passion for emotional well-being extends to his work with children and parents, helping them navigate emotions and build healthy coping mechanisms. As a certified Life Coach through The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology, he partners with families to support emotional regulation and personal growth, believing that greater self-awareness leads to healthier, more peaceful interactions.
