Tyler Mauler
In high school, Tyler had a dream of starting a holistic health business where a team of practitioners worked together to help people reach their healthiest and happiest selves. It was then that Evolve was born, the name chosen for the hidden word “love” inside. As someone who had struggled with health issues herself, Tyler knew that love was always at the root of any healing, whether it be physical, mental or spiritual.
Since its inception in 2017, Evolve has continued to grow and expand. Tyler is our CEO and Holistic Health Coach, with certifications from ISSA as a certified elite trainer, personal trainer, nutrition coach, yoga instructor, vinyasa flow specialist, and specialist in group fitness, and from AFAA as a Pilates Instructor. Tyler has also been trained to do ZYTO Scans, and she uses this technology to help clients reach higher levels of health through supplements, targeted movement, and specialized nutrition information.
Tyler has a passion for helping others discover their truest and healthiest selves. She is committed to each client’s wellness journey and growth, and she works with each client individually, tailoring treatment and training to their individual needs.
Tyler loves two main things: travel and writing. She is up for any adventure that is outside of her hometown and will almost always write about it on her travel blog @ Tyler V Layne. She is obsessed with elephants, sunflowers and Disney movies (especially after a scary movie).

Joseph seeks to help his clients explore how their trauma has impacted their lives today. Joseph primarily uses a person-centered approach focusing on the interpersonal relationship between the therapist and client. Joseph implements trauma-focused CBT techniques using current evidence-based practices that help enact change in clients. Joseph believes every client must be met where they are and strives to bring the approach that works best for each individual.
Joseph’s passion for therapy and mental health is founded on the individual drive for connection with people of all backgrounds. When Joseph was in high school, he dreamed of being a therapist to show people that their stories, passions, emotions, and thoughts matter. Ten years later, Joseph brings this same passion for people and connection to all sessions.
Joseph is an adventurer at heart and enjoys every activity outdoors: kayaking, hiking, running, exploring, and traveling. Joseph is obsessed with anything that has to do with compelling characters and stories, whether that is movies, TV shows, books, or story-rich video games.
