Children (ages 5-10) will spend the afternoon with our Emotion Coach, Charles R. Fisher, who will teach emotional regulation skills through engaging, age-appropriate activities. Kids will enjoy a holiday storytime, fun games, and a festive craft they can take home!

For the Parents:

While the kids are having fun, parents will unwind and recharge with a restorative yoga class, a guided meditation, and a mini reiki session. Afterward, light refreshments will be served as parents enjoy a DIY aromatherapy station to craft their own roller bottle to take home, and an exclusive shopping discount to stock up on seasonal wellness products.
