Join us every Wednesday morning at 8 AM for Mindful Strides, a walking meditation group designed to bring peace, presence, and connection to your week. Set against the serene backdrop of the Ma & Pa Trail, this hour-long practice blends gentle movement with mindfulness, allowing you to tune into your breath, surroundings, and inner stillness. Whether you are seeking a moment of calm, a mindful start to your day, or a supportive community, this walk offers a space to recharge and reset.

No experience needed -- just bring comfortable shoes and an open heart.
