Join us for a deeply restorative evening of sound and stillness.
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in soothing sound waves created by instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant tones. As the sounds gently wash over the body, they help quiet the mind, relax the nervous system, and guide you into a state of deep rest.
Led by Evolve Wellness yoga instructor and herbalist, Tyler Mauler, this session invites you to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful, supportive space. Many people find that sound baths help reduce stress, improve sleep, enhance mental clarity, and promote a sense of emotional balance.
You will spend most of the session comfortably resting on a yoga mat while the sounds unfold around you. No experience with meditation or yoga is needed. Simply come as you are and allow the experience to carry you.
