Yin & Yang Yoga

A balance of active movement and quiet reflection. This class will start with a vinyasa flow (energetic yang energy), and then end with some yin poses to relax. You will be guided through a gentle Vinyasa flow that promotes nervous system regulation while making room for stillness and intention-setting. This class suites all levels.
