Yoga for Self-Love & Compassion

Join us and the Center for Trauma, Stress and Anxiety Get Centered Studio for the first of their free community Summer Series!

Our yoga instructor, Tyler, will be leading a Hatha style yoga class full of heart-opening poses and affirmations, fostering a sense of inner-peace and strengthening your capacity for self-acceptance. Stick around for tea, discussion and community.
