Join us on Sunday, March 16th at 10am for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra class, designed to guide you into profound relaxation and inner stillness. Through a one-hour guided Yoga Nidra meditation, you will be led into a state of conscious rest, where the body relaxes completely while the mind remains aware -- promoting deep healing, stress relief, and mental clarity.
What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga mat, and feel free to bring any props (blanket, pillow, eye mask) to make yourself extra comfortable.
Stay for Tea and Conversation: After the meditation, enjoy a warm cup of tea and take a moment to connect with others in a relaxed, supportive space.
