Join us and Get Centered Wellness for a beautiful and powerful fusion of hatha yoga and yoga nidra.
Our yoga instructor, Tyler, leads us through a series of asanas, or movements, designed to help us learn how to break reactive physical, mental, and emotional patterns.
At the end of each session, we will practice Yoga Nidra, or “Yogic Sleep.” Yoga Nidra induces deep relaxation in the mind and the body, helping replenish the nervous system and restore energy. A deeply revitalizing physical practice and an immensely powerful guided meditation technique that allows you to access subtle and profound areas of your mind.
This is “Level One” and suitable and intended for all. Dress comfortable in clothes meant for moving and stretching.
