Therapy Groups

Healing happens together.

This spring, we are excited to introduce a new series of therapy groups at Evolve Wellness, designed to foster connection, healing, and personal growth in a supportive community setting.

Each group is led by one of our amazing practitioners and offers a unique opportunity to explore important topics, develop new coping strategies, and feel seen and supported by others on a similar journey. Many of our groups are eligible for CareFirst Insurance coverage.

NOTE: All dates may be subject to change. Also, while regular attendance is encouraged, you do not need to attend every meeting to be part of a group!

    Join us for our monthly Knitting Circle, held on Fridays at 6:30 pm. Led by Kate Eckstine, LCPC, this cozy, creative space blends gentle instruction with meaningful discussion and moments of mindfulness. Whether you are brand new to knitting or crocheting, or if you have years of experience, you will find support, inspiration, and a soothing rhythm to unwind to.

    Bring your current project or start something new. This circle is about showing up as you are, creating with your hands, and nurturing your whole self.

    This group meets monthly at 6:30 pm on the following Fridays in 2026:

    Join us for our Reiki Circle, a monthly gathering designed to support energetic healing, deep relaxation, and spiritual connection.

    Each session begins with a guided meditation to ground and center, followed by a shared group Reiki experience to restore balance and promote emotional well-being.

    This sacred circle is facilitated by Reiki Master Marilyn Roman and co-facilitated by our mental health therapist and clinic director Joseph Mauler, LCPC, NCC. Whether you are new to Reiki or have an established practice, all are welcome to receive and connect in this peaceful, heart-centered space.

    This group meets monthly at noon on the following Sundays in 2026:

    • May 3

    Out-of-Pocket Cost

    • $40 per session for new and current clients

    • $32 per session for Evolve Wellness members

    • $20 per session for current Reiki clients

  • The Women’s Wellness Circle is a monthly gathering for women ages 18+ who are seeking connection, inspiration, and community on their wellness journey.

    Rooted in shared experience and mutual support, this group creates space for meaningful conversation, joyful moments, and intentional living.

    Each month features a different activity or outing, ranging from creative workspaces to gentle movement or mindful exploration, all designed to uplift, connect, and spark joy. All are welcome here.

    The cost of the group includes all materials for each session.

    Unwind, restore, and reconnect with yourself at our monthly Yoga Nidra class.

    Each session begins with a gentle stretch to release tension and prepare the body for deep rest, followed by a 45- to 60-minute guided Yoga Nidra meditation — a powerful practice for nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and inner healing. Afterward, enjoy a cup of tea and a heartfelt conversation in community.

    This group is facilitated by Evolve Wellness CEO and owner, Tyler Mauler — certified yoga instructor, herbalist, personal trainer, and fitness nutrition specialist — and co-facilitated by licensed mental health therapist and clinic director Joseph Mauler, LCPC, NCC. All are welcome — no experience necessary.

    This group meets monthly at 10 am on the following Sundays in 2026:

    • April 12

    • May 3

    Out-of-Pocket Cost

    • $30 per session for new and current clients

    • $24 per session for Evolve Wellness members

    • $15 per session for current private yoga clients
