Take a moment to notice how far you have come.

It's easy to keep moving forward without looking back. We set goals, move through challenges, adjust, adapt, and before we know it, we are already onto the next thing. But in that constant motion, something important gets missed: Just how much has changed.

As we near the Flower Moon, the season of full bloom, there's an invitation here to pause and recognize all that has grown.

Think back to where you were just a few months ago, at the end of winter. What felt heavy then that feels lighter now? What once felt unclear that has since taken shape? Where have you shown up differently for yourself, even in small ways?

Growth doesn't always look dramatic. More often, it shows up quietly. It's in the boundaries you have started to hold, and in the ways you respond instead of react. It's in the habits you have gently shifted, and in the thoughts that feel kinder than before. These are the kinds of changes that are easy to overlook, but they matter.

If you would like to take this reflection a step further, here are a few simple ways to landmark your growth:

Name three wins (big or small). Write down three things you have done, moved through, or handled differently in the past few months.

Do a "Then vs. Now" check-in. Choose one area of your life (mental health, relationships, routines) and reflect on how it felt before vs. how it feels now.

Acknowledge yourself out loud. It may feel simple, but saying "I'm proud of myself for..." can be incredibly powerful.

Moments like this matter. When we take time to recognize our growth, we reinforce it. We root into it. We allow it to continue.

This is the energy of the Flower Moon -- not just blooming, but witnessing the bloom.

If you would like space to slow down and honor this season of growth, we invite you to join our upcoming virtual Flower Moon Ceremony on Friday, May 1st at 6-6:30 PM (recording provided for all who register). Together, we will reflect on the path you have walked, acknowledge what has unfolded, and create space to celebrate the version of you that exists right now -- not just who you are becoming, but who you already are.

You don't have to rush into what's next. You are allowed to pause here, in this moment, and recognize how far you have come.
