Tired of being overwhelmed all the time?
If you've ever looked around at a pile of unfinished tasks, missed deadlines, or a calendar that somehow got away from you, and thought, "Why can't I just get it together?"—you're not alone.
The truth is, what you are experiencing might have less to do with motivation and more to do with executive function.
Executive function is your brain's management system. It helps you plan, prioritize, organize, manage time, regulate emotions, and start (and finish) tasks. When it's not functioning smoothly, everyday life can feel chaotic, overwhelming, or even impossible to manage.
The good news? You can learn skills and tools to support these systems, in community, with guidance and without judgment.
Our new Executive Function Skills group begins this September! This group meets every other Thursday at 6 pm and is eligible for full or partial coverage through CareFirst insurance.
Facilitated by our certified executive function, emotion, and spiritual coach, Charles R. Fisher, and co-facilitated by our mental health therapist and clinic director, Joseph Mauler, LCPC, NCC, this supportive group is open to adults (18+) who want to:
Get more organized
Manage time and energy better
Learn how to start (and complete) tasks
Build emotional regulation and reduce burnout
No diagnosis required. Just come as you are.
Ready to feel more focused, less overwhelmed, and more in control? Reserve your spot now.
You are not broken—your brain just needs better tools. Let's build them together.
