Join us for our monthly Knitting Circle, held on Fridays at 6:30pm. Led by Kate Eckstine, LCPC, this cozy, creative space blends gentle instruction with meaningful discussion and moments of mindfulness. Whether you are brand new to knitting or crocheting, or if you have years of experience, you will find support, inspiration, and a soothing rhythm to unwind to.
Bring your current project or start something new. This circle is about showing up as you are, creating with your hands, and nurturing your whole self.
