Is our LGBTQ+ Support Group for you?
If you have ever paused before joining a group and wondered, "Would I really fit in?" -- you're not alone. We want to make this as clear and gentle as possible.
Our LGBTQ+ Support Group is here for you if you are:
Part of the LGBTQ+ community and seeking a safe, affirming space
Questioning, exploring, or solidly rooted in your identity
Newly out, long out, or anywhere in between
Looking for connection
Hoping to feel seen, heard, and less alone
Navigating stress, relationships, identity, or life transitions
Simply curious about group support and community
You do not need to:
Have everything figured out
Share personal details before you are ready
Speak at all if you don't want to
Participation is always optional. You are welcome to listen, reflect, and show up exactly as you are. This group is about choice, consent, and comfort.
Led by Kate Eckstine, LCPC, this group meets every other Wednesday at 6pm and offers a compassionate, confidential space rooted in respect and belonging.
If you have been waiting for a sign that this space might be for you, this is it. You belong here.
