Each session includes:

  • A gentle movement warm-up to release tension

  • 45-60 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra meditation

  • Tea and community connection after the practice

Facilitated by Tyler Mauler, Evolve Wellness' CEO and certified yoga instructor, and co-facilitated by Joseph Mauler, LCPC, NCC, licensed therapist and clinic director, this offering is open to all -- no experience needed.

This group is eligible for full or partial coverage by CareFirst Insurance.

Come rest with us this fall -- your body and spirit will thank you. Learn more and sign up here.

P.S. Why stop the self-care there? Each Yoga Nidra session is followed by our monthly Reiki Circle at 12 PM -- a peaceful gathering for energetic healing, meditation, and emotional balance. Also eligible for full or partial CareFirst coverage, this sacred space is facilitated by Reiki Master Marilyn Roman and co-facilitated by Joseph Mauler, LCPC, NCC. Attend both groups for a full morning of heart-centered healing and rest. Learn more and sign up here.

P.P.S. Looking for a more personalized approach? We also offer individual Yoga Nidra sessions for clients seeking one-on-one support or to complement their group experience. Plus, current Yoga Nidra clients receive a discount on the monthly group as a part of their ongoing practice. To learn more, visit our website or call our office at (410)989-2034.
