Why we do Community Wellness Day.

Before Evolve Wellness ever opened its doors, Community Wellness Day already existed as an idea.

When our owner, Tyler Mauler, was first dreaming up what Evolve Wellness could be, one thing felt non-negotiable: care should not only be something we offer, it should be something we share. From the very beginning, there was a clear vision that giving back wouldn't be an afterthought or a once-in-a-while gesture. It would be built into the foundation of how we show up for our community.

That vision became Community Wellness Day.

This year, we're preparing for our third annual Community Wellness Day, and it's happening the same month as Evolve Wellness' fourth birthday. That timing feels incredibly meaningful to us. It's a reminder of how far this practice has grown, and how deeply committed we remain to accessibility, connection, and care.

Holistic and integrative services can be life-changing, but they aren't always accessible. Cost, time, uncertainty, or not knowing where to begin can all create barriers. We believe strongly that everyone deserves support, not just when they're in crisis, and not only when circumstances allow. Care should feel welcoming, human, and within reach.

Community Wellness Day is our way of opening the doors wide, offering free workshops, services, and experiences so people can explore what support might look like for them, without pressure or expectation. It's a day to try something new, to take care of yourself, or to simply feel held in community.

If this day speaks to you, we would love for you to join us. And if someone comes to mind -- a friend, family member, or neighbor who could benefit -- we invite you to share this with them, too.

Thank you for being part of this community and for helping us continue to build a practice rooted in care, compassion, and giving back. We can't wait to gather with you again this March.
