The beautiful thing is, you don't have to choose just one experience. You can build a day that supports exactly what you need. Whether you are craving grounding, clarity, emotional support, or curiosity-driven exploration, you can create your own personalized wellness path.
To help make it easier (and more fun!), we created a few sample schedules to inspire you:
The Nervous System Path
Perfect if you have been feeling overwhelmed, tense, or mentally overloaded.This path gently guides your body from activation → awareness → regulation → clarity.
7 AM - 7:45 AM: Yoga Nidra (Guided Meditation)
8 AM - 9 AM: Mindfulness Walk on the Ma & Pa Trail
9:30 AM - 10 AM: Bringing Mindfulness to the Mundane
10 AM - 10:15 AM -- Mini Reiki Session
10:15 AM - 11:15 AM: Listening to the Body: A Somatic Reset
11:15 AM - 12 PM: Enjoy guided/solo activities at the Evolve Wellness office or grab a drink of the day from CoffeeBar Bel Air
12 PM - 12:20 PM: Values in Action: ACT Mini Value Assessment
The Mindful Everyday Human Path
Ideal if you want tools you can actually use in real life.This path focuses on insight, understanding yourself, and building practical emotional skills.
9:30 AM - 10 AM: Bringing Mindfulness to the Mundane
10:15 AM - 11:15 AM: Listening to the Body: A Somatic Reset
11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Parts & Patterns: Intro to IFS
12:40 PM - 1 PM: Values in Action: ACT Mini Values Assessment
1 PM - 2 PM: Enjoy guided/solo activities at the Evolve Wellness office or grab a drink of the day from CoffeeBar Bel Air
2 PM - 3 PM: Emotional Resilience for Sensitive & Neurodivergent Brains
The Emotional Support & Healing Path
Supportive, educational, and empowering.This path is especially helpful if you have been carrying a lot and want a space to feel supported while learning tools for regulation and healing.
10:40 AM - 11 AM: Mini Reiki Session
11 AM - 11:30 AM: Enjoy guided/solo activities at the Evolve Wellness office
11:30 PM - 12:30 PM: Parts & Patterns: An Introduction to Internal Family Systems (IFS)
12:45 PM - 1:45 PM: From Survival to Safety: Understanding Trauma & the Nervous System
2 PM - 3 PM: Emotional Resilience for Sensitive & Neurodivergent Brains
Remember: These are just examples. You are welcome to mix, match, swap, or build your own schedule based on what calls to you.
