What feels different since the beginning of the year?

It's hard to believe how much can shift in just a few months.

At the beginning of the year, many of us entered January carrying hopes, goals, fears, intentions, or simply the desire to make it through another season. Now, even if your life doesn't look dramatically different on the outside, there is a good chance something within you has changed.

As we approach the rare energy of the Blue Moon, this is a meaningful time to pause and ask yourself: What feels different now compared to the beginning of the year?

Maybe your priorities have shifted. Maybe you have become more protective of your space. Maybe certain relationships feel more or less aligned. Maybe you have learned something difficult but important about yourself. Or maybe you are realizing that some goals still matter deeply, while others no longer fit the person you are becoming.

Growth isn't always loud or visible. Often, it reveals itself quietly in what you no longer tolerate, in how you speak to yourself, in the boundaries you are learning to hold, and in the things you are finally allowing yourself to want.

This is a beautiful moment to gently check back in with yourself with curiosity and care. Here are a few reflection questions your might want to sit with this week:

  • What have I learned about myself so far this year?

  • What no longer feels aligned with who I am becoming?

  • What parts of myself feel stronger, softer, wiser, or more honest now?

  • What goals or intentions deserve my energy moving forward, and which ones can I release?

Sometimes recalibration is just as important as momentum. That's why the Blue Moon can feel so powerful. Rare moments like this invite us to pause long enough to reconnect with ourselves before moving forward.

If you would like support in that process, we invite you to join our upcoming virtual Blue Moon Ceremony, a guided space for reflection, release, and intentional realignment. Together, we will slow down, reconnect with what matters most, and create space to move into the next season with greater clarity and intention.
