You don’t have to do healing alone: Find a community at Evolve Wellness.

Winter can feel isolating, even when we're surrounded by people.

Shorter days, colder weather, and full schedules often lead us to pull inward. While rest and solitude have their place, too much isolation can quietly weigh on our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Humans are wired for connection, and healing tends to happen most deeply when we feel seen, supported, and held in community.

At Evolve Wellness, community care is at the heart of what we do. Whether you are navigating stress, grief, identity, or simply craving meaningful connection, we believe you deserve support that feels accessible, affirming, and aligned with where you are right now.

Here are just some of the ways we offer connection and community -- both virtually and in person:

Accessible, From-Home Connection

  • Snow Moon Ceremony -- a gentle, 30-minute virtual gathering that allows you to connect with yourself and others from the comfort of your home.

  • Virtual Yoga Program -- an ongoing, accessible way to stay connected through movement, reflection, and ritual, wherever you are.

In-Person Circles & Community Experiences

  • Women's Wellness Circle -- a welcoming, fun, and grounding space for women looking for connection and shared experience.

  • Valentine's Day Couples Retreat -- build connection with your partner alongside other couples in a supportive environment.

  • Yoga Nidra -- rest deeply in a calming, healing group setting (eligible for CareFirst Insurance coverage).

  • Reiki Circle -- experience shared energy work and relaxation in community (eligible for CareFirst Insurance coverage).

  • Knitting Circle -- a cozy, low-pressure way to connect while crafting together (eligible for CareFirst Insurance coverage).

You don't need to have everything figured out to belong here. You don't need to be "ready" or "doing it right." You are welcome here as you are.

If winter has been feeling heavy, know this: you don't have to do healing alone, and you don't have to wait until you're struggling to reach out. We are here, and there is space for you.

P.S. If you're craving an especially accessible way to connect, we invite you to join us for our annual Community Wellness Day on Saturday, March 21st. This is our way of giving back, offering free servings, workshops, and community experiences all day long, with the option to sign up for as much or as little as feels supportive. It's a beautiful opportunity to try something new, meet our practitioners, invite a friend, or simply spend the day in nurturing community. To view the schedule and learn more, visit our website. We would love to see you there!
